Individual instruction is the best environment in which a student can learn, while instruction in small groups encourages cooperation and develops the ability to work with others.  Teaching is an essential element of education.  It gives the tools and motivation for students to be creative and explore charted and uncharted territories.  Inspired teaching leads to learning and understanding.  Students who learn not only expand their world but increase their sense of self-worth.
